How to Order
Dragonfly provides a 100% bespoke service to all our clients. We have worked hard to make the order process as simple as possible!
If you are able to visit the studio, we recommend that you make an appointment with one of our stationery consultants who will be able to guide you expertly through the choices available to you. Either drop us a line at info@dragonflycouturestationery.com or call us on 0151 336 4436.
Our consultants will help you to select colours, your invitation design and the style of your invitation. At the end of your consultation, when you decide to entrust your wedding stationery to Dragonfly (you'll be glad you did!), we ask for a small booking fee* which saves the date for the production of your stationery and allows us to create a selection of samples for you. So you shouldn't feel that you have to make a final decision at your first consultation - we will always invite you to come back to look over the samples we have produced for you. Once you are happy with your invitation design, you place your order, and we get to work!
Naturally, we understand you can't always just pop in to see us. If you are unable to visit the studio, we offer a sample service. On request we will send you a selection of invitations so you can check out the quality of our gorgeous stationery for yourself - you can specify designs and colours (although please note that not all designs are always available). You can call us to request a sample pack (0151 336 4436)**. When you decide that you want Dragonfly's fabulous stationery, you call us, book us and we take you through a telephone consultation. We then send your samples out to you with an order form. If you want to make changes at this stage, just talk to us about it. Once you have placed your order, as before, we will get to work for you!
* Although the booking fee is non-refundable, we are nice people, so if you go on to order 'On the Day' wedding stationery from us too, we'll credit this amount to your invoice.
** Please note that due to the cost of producing samples we do charge £10 for a sample pack. This is credited against any order you go on to place with us within the next six months.
